A menu that celebrates the certainties of the territory. We have selected the most iconic dishes of the Etna tradition to offer you a solid and recognizable taste experience. You can enjoy our ever-present signature dishes, such as fresh pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and Ceppo sausage or the enveloping gnocchetti with pumpkin cream and black truffle. Among the main courses, local meats reign supreme with herb-crusted pork tenderloin and larded leg of pork.
