When browsing and using our services (table reservations, rooms, picnics, experiences), we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Identification and Contact Details: First name, last name, phone number, email address.
  • Reservation Details: Date of arrival, times, number of guests, type of service (Restaurant, Hotel, Picnic, BBQ).
  • Special Data (Sensitive – Art. 9 GDPR): Information relating to food intolerances, allergies, or celiac disease. This data is collected exclusively to protect the health of the guest during the catering service and requires your explicit consent.
  • Browsing Data: IP addresses, system logs, and data collected through cookies (see the specific Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Provision of the Requested Service:

    • Purpose: To manage reservations (tables, rooms, picnic kits, BBQ areas) and respond to requests for information sent via the contact form.

    • Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

  2. Food Safety Management:

    • Purpose: To ensure the provision of suitable meals in the event of reported allergies.

  • Administrative Data: 10 years (tax law requirement).

  • Contact/Reservation Data: Deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless otherwise requested.

  • Health Data (Intolerances): Deleted immediately after the service (meal) has been provided.
